The <br /> County Engineer indicated that Ramsey County would continue to pursue a Memorandum of <br /> Understanding with MnDOf to transfer state highways in turn for Shepard/Warner Road. As <br /> this memorandum also contains a description of County road to city transfer, we think it <br /> important that the City consider a resolution which defines your support or opposition to the <br /> proposed transfers. If you would like our assistance in drafting such an instrument, please <br /> advise. <br /> . .
