The City of Arden Hills would agree to an immediate turnback of County Road F <br /> from the New Brighton border to Snelling A venue in exchange for the turnback of <br /> County Road F between Lexington and Hamline Avenues from the City to the <br /> County. Completion of l!lis turnback of County Road F would require approval of <br /> the State Aid Engineer allowing the City of Arden Hills to put County Road F <br /> between the New Brighton border and Snelling Avenue on their Municipal State Aid <br /> system. <br /> 5.
