Mr. Fritsinger <br /> stated that a Special Use Pennit can be reviewed any tirre there is a <br /> question of whether the operation is being conducted in the rrenner it <br /> was approved. <br /> Scott Petersen questioned item #2a on the plarmer's report regarding the <br /> minillTI.llll of t\-.Q spaces on the property, and asked Mr. Fritsinger for <br /> clarification. Mr. Fritsinger stated the intent was to leave the t\-.Q <br /> parking spaces available at the property located at 4350 Hamline Avenue. <br /> Chair Winiecki agreed that a provision be provided to allow a minimum of <br />. t\\O parking spaces for vehicles at 4350 Hamline Avenue. <br /> Chair Winiecki addressed the issue of signage. As this is a residential <br /> area, she questioned whether the applicant was anticipating to change <br /> his =ent signage. Mr. GoseJ:ud stated he is looking into a new sign <br /> and this sign would be smaller than his current sign. Mr. Goserud <br /> confirrred his current sign is approxirrately 4' x 8'. Chair Winiecki <br /> asked if the sign would be eliminated. Mr. ~serud stated it would not. <br /> Mr. Tom England of 4320 Arden View Court ccmnented that he has a concern <br /> regarding parking vehicles on Hamline. It ;..auld be important to enforce <br /> no parking on Hamline Avenue. Mr. England further questioned the leaf <br /> blower or rrower noises he hears late at night. Mr. ~serud stated he <br /> sometirres cut the grass late at night, and he \-.Quld be Il'Ore considerate <br /> and cut the grass earlier in the evening. <br /> Hearing no further ccmnents, Chair Winiecki closed the Public Hearing at <br /> 7:53 p.m. <br /> Erickson l1DVed, seconded by Petersen, to recarrrend to <br /> Council approval of Case #93-24, the Special Use Pennit at 4350 Hamline <br /> Avenue with the following conditions A through G as outlined in the <br /> Plarmer's report of November 22, 1993 with an amendment to (A) stating a <br /> minillTI.llll of 2 spaces be provided on the property located at 4350 Hamline <br /> Avenue, and with an arrendment to (e) stating sales be limited to the <br />. Il'Onths of May, June, November and December. <br /> Chair Winiecki Il'Oved to recarrrend to approve an arrendment to <br /> condition (B) to limit the size of the sign to a maximum of 4 'x8' with <br /> no illumination. <br />
