These groups will identify common . economic development priorities for the Metro East area. To expedite this process, please come prepared with well-defmed economic development priorities and ideas. 10:00 a.m. COMMON GOALS (General Session) The four work groups will present economic development priorities identified during the break-out session. By highlighting common themes and COnsensus issues, a moderator wiIl assist in identifying the key priorities of the group. 10:30 a.m. DEVELOPING GENERAL STRATEGIES (Break-out session) Working from the priorities identified in the general session, the four work groups \..iIl develop possible strategies for coordinated economic development. 11:00 a.m. SETTING A NEW COURSE FOR REGIONAL COOPERATION (General Session) The four work groups will present strategies and ideas.
