Refuse - Section VI, G, 2 addresses refuse. The applicant is <br /> proposing new 12 X 12 enclosures for trash and tires. This design <br /> should match the existing building construction. <br /> 4. Drainaae - No water management plan is required for this plan. <br /> New curb and gutter are proposed which \\OUld continue to carry the <br /> water to the SW corner of the lot. No grading or elevation <br /> changes are planned. No additional run-off is p=jected. <br /> 5. Lightil"lQ - The lighting plan rreets all requirements of Section VI, <br /> E, 3. Fixtures will consist of metal halide light sources in <br /> "shoebox" style fixtures which shield the light sources. Fixtures <br /> will be rrounted on jX)les at 14 feet above the ground. <br /> 6. Signage - No specifics have been presented in regards to signage <br /> for the site. <br /> . 7. ScreE'Xlil"lQ - The rcof-top rrounted equiprent will be s=eened per <br /> section, VI, E, 4, (j) of the ordinance by metal black fascia <br /> material. <br />
