June Minutes Page 4 06/01/94 <br /> Mr. Rye asked if there was a way to formalize a concept plan <br /> between the applicant and staff. <br /> Chair Winiecki stated if the Council would like to implement <br /> that change, they may do that. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger stated he had written a memo to the Council <br /> outlining this proposal. If the Commission asked him to <br /> formalize this idea, he would address it. <br /> The Commission proceeded to request that Mr. Fritsinger take <br /> this action. <br /> Mr. Rye asked if there was any coordination between the <br /> Building Inspector and Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger stated there is no formalized agreement, but <br /> Dave Kriesel has worked with Rice Creek Watershed District <br /> on some of these issues. <br /> . CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Winiecki called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present were Chair Winiecki, Barb Piotrowski, Dave Carlson, <br /> Marty Rye, Ray McGraw, Councilmember Hicks; Brian <br /> Fritsinger, Community Planning Coordinator; and Tammy Olson, <br /> Recording Secretary. Absent was Steve Erickson. <br /> APPROVE MINUTES <br /> McGraw moved, seconded by Carlson, to approve the May 4, <br /> 1994 minutes. All voted in favor. (5-0) <br /> . <br />
