Chair Winiecki proceeded to <br /> explain the hearing procedures to the attending residents. <br /> . Mr. Fritsinger stated at the last meeting, the Planning <br /> Commission recommended to Council that Amoco be allowed to <br /> relocate its Certicare into the former Great Lakes <br /> Restaurant. The applicant then proposed the service station <br /> be enlarged and converted into a convenience store. The <br /> applicant has proposed no changes to the canopies, <br /> landscaping, parking, access and pump islands. The <br /> applicant has proposed to change the signage but at this <br /> time no plans have been submitted to the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> In regards to traffic, there were no specific traffic volume <br /> plans submitted since they don't expect any great increase <br /> in the traffic volume. This proposal should free up more <br /> space for customers to park. <br /> Staff recommends the approval with conditions as outlined in <br /> staff's report. <br /> Chair Winiecki asked for comments in approval of Amoco. <br /> .
