<br /> , . <br /> June Minutes Page 7 06/01/94 <br /> . <br /> Hearing no further comments, Chair Winiecki closed the <br /> Public Hearing at 7:51 p.m. <br /> Chair Winiecki questioned how staff had determined that the <br /> parking requirements were one (1) for every 150 square feet <br /> of retail floor space. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger stated he reviewed past planning cases, and <br /> there was a case with a Tom Thumb convenience store and a <br /> project on E-2 that he used for reference. <br /> Mr. Carlson stated he thought it was a great addition to the <br /> corner. <br /> Carlson moved, seconded by Piotrowski to recommend <br /> approval of the amended SUP with the following <br /> recommendations as outlined in staff's memo: <br /> l. The parking agreement between Amoco and the former <br /> . restaurant be maintained. Should this lease <br /> terminate, the SUP shall be reviewed, and the City <br /> may impose additional restrictions necessitated by <br /> any parking problems noted. <br /> 2. Employees are required to park in the excess <br /> parking stalls located at the proposed Amoco <br /> Certicare site. <br /> 3. All other conditions imposed, as part of the <br /> existing SUP and its amendments, shall continue to <br /> be followed by property owner. <br /> The motion passed unanimously. <br /> CASE #94-12, DAVANNI'S - SPECIAL USE PERMIT. SHANNON SOUARE <br /> Chair Winiecki opened the public hearin~ for Davanni's at <br /> 7:55 p.m. Recording Secretary, Tammy Olson, confirmed the <br /> publication of the Notice of Hearing in the Focus on <br /> Tuesday, May 17, 1994, and mailing to affected property <br /> owners on the same date. Chair Winiecki proceeded to <br /> explain the hearing procedures to the attending residents. <br /> . <br />
