Paul and driven to Arden Hills where the assault occurred. <br /> There has not been an arrest in the case. The number of cases <br /> investigated has remained stable throughout the past four <br /> years second quarters. <br /> Kidnappina: <br /> There were no reported cases in the second quarter of 1994. <br /> Missina Person: <br /> There was only one case investigated and it was determined the <br /> person was missing of his own choosing and was located out of <br /> state and has returned home. <br /> Fire Investiaations: <br /> There was only one case in this quarter of a negligent fire <br /> . and this is a stable category with no trends indicated. <br /> Robberv: <br /> There was only one robbery in the City in this quarter, it <br /> occurred at the Ramada Inn and it is still under <br /> investigation. This category remains stable and with very low <br /> numbers of crimes. <br /> Buralarv: <br /> Burglaries are continuing to decline in the city and this is <br /> a north metro wide trend that is very encouraging. <br /> Auto Theft: <br /> This remains a stable category and no trends are indicated. <br /> Thefts: <br /> Thefts declined slightly compared to previous second quarters <br /> and thefts from auto or business continue to lead the <br /> category. We will continue our crime Prevention efforts toward <br /> these two areas in the coming months. <br /> . <br />
