Mr. Hjelle stated the lot is screened with mature growth and <br /> coniferous trees. It is totally screened from Snelling Avenue. <br /> Chair Winiecki stated she was concerned with the lighting on the <br /> parking lot. <br /> Mr, Hjelle stated the lighting has been substantially updated <br /> over the last five years, and Bethel College plans to continue to <br /> do so. <br /> Chair Winiecki asked if Mr. Fritsinger has the landscaping ratio <br /> figures. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger stated the applicant provided a number of <br /> informational pieces which would help the City apply it to the <br /> special use permit. There are 140 acres if you include Valentine <br /> Lake. If you take out Valentine Lake, Bethel College still has a <br /> little margin yet for growth. <br /> Chair Winiecki asked for a density population. <br />. <br />
