<br /> City of Arden Hills Chapter 2 Administration <br />. A. The normal workweek for regular City employees shall be five (5) days, Monday <br /> through Friday. The normal workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours. <br /> B. Employees shall be gnmted a rest break not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes away from <br /> job duties on two (2) separate occasions during each work shift and one-half ('h.) hour <br /> unpaid lunch break. <br /> Subd. 6 Hourly and Daily Rates. The appointing authority may authorize the payment of <br /> hourly rates of pay for classes of positions when conditions of employment warrant such ac- <br /> tion. Such hourly rate shall be determined by dividing the annual salary by the actual number <br />. of work hours in the calendar year. <br /> 240.13 Conflict of Interest. It is expected that every employee shall exercise good judgment in <br /> avoiding involvement with conflicting outside business interests or the business interests of <br /> coworkers or subordinates such that these interests conflict with the conduct of City business. <br /> These include but are not limited to the following: <br /> A. Those in which an employee has a financial interest in or receives benefits from a <br /> business which they may be able to favor with City business by reason of their employment <br /> with the City. <br />.
