Those in which an employee accepts fu1I- or part-time work elsewhere where such activity <br /> interferes with their duties and performance of their job with the City. <br /> 240.14 Performance Evaluation. <br /> Subd. 1 Written Review. There shall be a minimum of one (1) written performance review <br /> on an annual basis for all regular full-time, regular part-time and probationary employees. <br />. The evaluation ~sinclude a review of the employee's major responsibilities, an <br /> appraisal of the employee's job performance, identification of any problem areas and an <br /> action plan for correction or improvement, including the establishment of future performance <br /> objecti ves. <br /> Subd. 2 Personal Interview. A personal interview between the immediate supervisor and <br /> the employee shall be conducted by the supervisor within a reasonable time period after <br /> receipt by the employee of the supervisor's written evaluation. A copy of the written <br /> evaluation for each regular and probationary employee shall be submitted to the Clerk- <br /> Administrator for review and shaII be filed in each employee' s personnel file. An overall <br /> evaluation of satisfactory performance ~rbe required prior to the granting of any <br />. salary increase. <br /> 2 - 54 <br />
