<br /> City of Arden Hills Chapter 2 Administration <br />. 240.24 Holidays. <br /> Subd. 1 Designation. The following eleven (11) eight-hour days shall be observed as paid <br /> holidays for regular fulltime employees and prorated for regular part-time employees. <br /> Temporary employees are not eligible for paid holidays. No holiday pay shall be given any <br /> employee working less than twenty (20) hours a week. New employees working at least <br /> twenty (20) hours a week shall receive holiday pay based on the work schedule for which they <br /> have been hired: <br /> A. New Year's Day, January I; <br />. B. Martin Luther King's Birthday, observed the third Monday in January (hourly <br /> employees are not paid for this holiday); <br /> C. President's Day, the third Monday in February; <br /> D. Memorial Day, the last Monday in May; <br /> E. Independence Day, July 4; <br /> F. Labor Day, the first Monday in September; <br /> G. Veterans Day, November 11; <br /> H. Thanksgiving Day, the fourth Thursday in November; <br /> I. The Friday after Thanksgiving Day; <br /> J. One-half (V2) day on Christmas Eve; one-half ('h) day on New Year's Eve; <br /> K.
