Mayor Probst indicated the City Inspection Services would follow the <br /> inspection of properties. <br /> Community Planning Coordinator, Brian Fritsinger, indicated encroachment on <br /> waterways would be monitored by Rice Creel( Watershed District and the City Building <br /> Inspector. Dave Kriesel is the agent for the City. Planning Coordinator Fritsinger <br /> indicated after review of the property, Mr. Kriesel felt it was in compliance. Planning <br /> Coordinator Fritsinger indicated he would review the issue with Mr. Kriesel and confer <br /> with the Rice Creek Watershed District to ensure compliance. <br /> UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> PLANNING CASE #94-24, LOT CONSOLIDATION/SPLIT AT 3743 NEW <br /> BRIGHTON ROAD <br /> - Planning Coordinator Fritsinger presented a brief staff report indicating the applicant's <br /> request for lot split and lot consolidation. Planning Coordinator Fritsinger indicated this <br /> case was reviewed by the Planning Commission on October 5, 1994. At this meeting, <br /> the applicant requested that the case be reviewed by the City Council at it's earliest <br /> opportunity. Planning Coordinator Fritsinger recommended approval of the lot split and <br /> lot consolidation as proposed. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve Planning <br /> Case #94-24, Lot Consolidation/Split at 3743 New Brighton Road. The <br /> motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES, INC. - CONTRACT EXTENSION <br /> Planning Coordinator Fritsinger provided Council with a brief staff report reviewing the <br /> 1994/95 Animal Control Contract. Planning Coordinator Fritsinger commented Animal <br /> Control Services, Inc. (ACSI), has recently obtained contracts from several of the <br /> neighboring communities. The new contracts have allowed ACSI to make some changes <br /> in its 1994 rates. Planning Coordinator Fritsinger indicated the City of Arden Hills has <br /> an existing contract with ACSI that operates through December 31, 1994. ACSI has <br /> asked the City to reconsider its contract for an extension through December 31, 1995. <br /> - <br />
