The consultant(s), on the basis of expertise and <br /> professional judgment, are encouraged to correct, refine, and expand task <br /> 1 elements to better address overall project objectives. Further refinements will <br /> be considered during negotiation of the professional services agreement. <br /> Additional elements and issues may be identified by the task force in work plan <br /> refinement or as the study progresses. <br /> 1 The consultant team shall have adequate staff resources to provide the full <br /> range of professional services required to complete all tasks and objectives set <br /> 1 forth in the attached work plan within the time frame provided. Consultant <br /> staff will attend a limited number task force meetings and public meetings as <br /> directed by Ramsey County. It should be assumed, however, that public <br /> 1 involvement and presentation tasks will generally be executed by County staff. <br /> Computer based graphics, presentation materials, and related survey, design, and <br /> mapping data shall be compiled and relayed to the County in a format compatible <br /> 1 with AutoCadd Release 12 (C-3). <br /> TIMETABLE <br /> 1 This project will be initiated on or about March 21, 1995. All work shall be <br /> completed within 12 months of initiation. <br /> 1 A comprehensive project schedule should be developed as part of the written <br /> proposal. <br /> ~ <br /> 1 -4- <br />
