The draf t agreemen t ~ill be based on proposal <br /> revie~ and consultant presentation. The final agreement ~ill be the product <br /> of negotiations bet~een the consultant and the County. The general format <br /> I of the agreement shall include at least the follo~ing items: <br /> 1) Agreement Introduction <br /> I 2) Basic Services of the Consultant <br /> a) General <br /> b) Vork Plan Tasks <br /> 3) Additional Services of the Consulting Firm <br /> I 4) County Responsibilities <br /> 5) Period of Services <br /> 6) Payments to the Consultant <br /> 1 7) General Considerations/Provisions <br /> 8) Signature Block <br /> 1 Appropriate language ~ill be added to document the specific nature and scope of <br /> services, c.osts, responsibilities, and liabilities of each party. Additional <br /> areas of concern may be incorporated, subject to mutual agreement betveen <br /> parties. <br /> . Standard provisions set forth in Appendix A ~ill be incorporated into the <br /> professional services agreement.
