SECTION CRlTERIA <br /> The City Council will select a firm based on the review of the applications received. the <br /> applicants qualifications, approach to the project and fees. The City may find it necessary <br /> after a review of these applications to conduct oral presentations. <br />I Applicants will also be rated on experience and succession working with the communities <br /> to achieve stated objectives, ability to present complex issues to decision making bodies <br />I and familiarity with land use issues. <br />I A ward of the project is contingent upon the availability of funds. This solicitation for <br /> proposals does not obligate the City to complete these projects, and the City reserves the <br /> right to cancel the solicitation if it is considered to be in the City's best interests.
