. . . MINUTES Dtr4.Fr CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA . PLANNING COMMISSION WEDNESDAY APRIL 5, 1995 . 7:30 P.M. - NEW BRIGHTON CITY HALL . CALL TO ORDER Chair Erickson called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. . ROLL CALL . Present were Chair Steve Erickson, Barbara Piotrowski, Dave Carlson, Gregg Larson, Brent Nelson and Dave Sand. . Also present were Councilmember Dale Hicks; Brian Fritsinger, City Administrator/Community Planning Coordinator; John Bergly, Consultant Planner and Ruth McLaurin, Recording Secretary. . APPROVE MINUTES . . Commissioner Nelson indicated a few changes: on page seven, last paragraph, he would like the paragraph to read: Commissioner Nelson auestioned if perhaps the site was too small to reauire an Environmental Assessment Worksheet. And on page 11, the bottom of the page, . in regards to the motion, his name and Commissioner Larson's name were erroneously switched, so the vote should read: Commissioners Piotrowski, Nelson. and Carlson voted in . favor; Commissioners Rye, Larson, and Erickson against. Commissioner also requested that on page 16 the last paragraph prior to adjournment be stricken from the record. . Sand moved, seconded by Nelson, to approve the March 1,1995 minutes as amended. All voted in favor (7-0). . CASE #95-11 MINOR SUBDIVISION. APPLICANT-CONTROL DATA SYSTEMS Mr. Bergly, Planning Consultant, briefly reviewed the application proposing to divide a 6.28 acre . tract (Parcel B) from the Main Control Data Site now containing 41.57 acres. The remaining 35.29 acre portion of the site (parcel A) contains the north part of the Control Data building as well as the DynaMark building. A separate 13.0 acre site contains the south part of the Control Data building . and is not part of this application. Mr. Bergly indicated the two items on the agenda are related, CSM is looking to develop a portion . of the present Control Data Site and will be applying for a Site Plan review. .- . -
