Mr. Bellandi felt there was no issue, Control Data has in the past I <br /> enjoyed being a good neighbor to Arden Hills and Cummings Park, and foresees no problems. <br /> Carlson moved, seconded by Sand, to approve Application #95-11 with the following I <br /> stipulations: <br /> 1. That Control Data Systems participate in the plat and/or PUD Second Stage I <br /> development of Parcel B to resolve related issues of access, parking and landscape <br /> area requirements, and signage and that such plan be submitted prior to December 31, <br /> 1995. I <br /> 2. That park dedication for Case #95-11 be postponed until the Second Stage P1at/PUD <br /> is accepted. I <br /> 3. That the Easement document providing access to Parcel B and DynaMark be <br /> approved by the City Attorney. I <br /> 4. That the title documents are approved by the City Attorney. . <br /> I <br /> 5. That all public easements are approved by the City Engineer (a number of private <br /> easements between the Control Data and DynaJ.\1ark buildings also exist on site). I <br /> 6. That evidence of filing the lot division with Ramsey County be submitted to the City <br /> prior to issuance of occupancy permits. I <br /> 7. That the City and Control Data Systems enter into a Development Agreement that <br /> provides assurance for accomplishing the above conditions and that this Agreement I <br /> be drafted prior to Council action on this Case, on April 24, 1995. <br /> Vote: 6 ayes - 1 nay. Motion carried, with Commissioner Rye in opposition. I <br /> Chair Erickson indicated this case will be reviewed by the Arden Hills Council at their meeting of <br /> Apri124, 1995. APPLICANT-CSM CORPORATIONIDYNAMARK <br /> Mr Bergly briefly reviewed application #95-09, requesting Site Plan approval for a structure and site I <br /> improvements on Parcel as discussed in Case#95-11.
