Mr. Anderson noted the recommendation tor cleaning is twice a year. <br /> Rye expressed concern that there should be language in the approval to address the consistent I <br /> maintenance of the chambers. <br /> Sand inquired, with the new main entrance, what will be the main entrance for special event,s. Mr. I <br /> Ostlund indicated the northeast comer will be the entrance for special events. <br /> Sand inquired as to the construction of the sidewalks. Mr. Anderson indicated there will be a five I <br /> foot grid pattern of finished concrete on the walks. <br /> Nelson inquired as to the practices and games scheduled on the ball fields. Mr, Fritsinger indicated I <br /> he could not comment as to the availability of the fields, Mr, Ostlund indicated construction would <br /> restrict any access to the park from minimal usage to no usage. I <br /> Piotrowski inquired as to parent parking and the availability of a close access for quick drop offs. <br /> Mr. Ostlund indicated temporary parking, or short term parking could be designated in the spaces -I <br /> closest to the schooL <br /> Piotrowski asked if other doors could remain open, so parents could use other parking. Ms. Brouse I <br /> indicated due to safety issues there is only one entrance open, so staff can see those entering the <br /> building. <br /> Chair Erickson closed the Public Hearing at 8:29 p,m. I <br /> Chair Erickson inquired in regards to lot coverage, have the portable classrooms been taken into I <br /> consideration. Mr. Ostlund indicated the classrooms have been included, when new construction of <br /> the expansion begins, the expansion will have to equal the classrooms, <br /> Carlson moved, Sand seconded a motion to approve Case #95-14, Special Use Permit at 1770 I <br /> West County Road E2, Applicant, Mounds View School District #621. <br /> Rye made a friendly amendment to add condition five as follows: I <br /> 5. Semi-annual maintenance of "Grit Chambers" is to be monitored by the School I <br /> District. <br /> Carlson moved, Sand seconded, an amendment adding condition number five.
