Sand also I <br /> expressed concern for some type of buffer for the overhead doors on the west side. <br /> Me Fritsinger indicated suggestions could be to work further on the landscaping. I <br /> Piotrowski moved, Carlson seconded a motion to approve the Site Plan for 1306 West I <br /> County Road E (Convenience Store) with the five stated conditions. Motion carried <br /> unanimously (6-0). <br /> Piotrowski moved, Sand seconded a motion to approve an amended Special Use Permit at I <br /> 1306 West County Road E with the stated nine conditions, and the added condition: <br /> 10. Additional Landscaping on the west side of site be approved by the -I <br /> consultant plarmer to provide a buffer between the building and street <br /> Motion carried unanimously (6-0). I <br /> Chair Erickson stated these items will be reviewed the Arden Hills City Council at their May 30th I <br /> meeting. <br /> CASE #95-13 SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR TEMPORARY CLASSROOM AT. 1700 WEST I <br /> HIGHWAY 96 - APPLICANT - NORTH HEIGHTS LUTHERAN CHURCH. <br /> Mr. Bergly reviewed the request for a Temporary Permit to allow two attached 12 foot x 70 foot I <br /> modular units to be placed on the Church site and used for temporary classroom space. <br /> Mr. Bergly noted it is intended that this temporary two-room classroom space will meet the space I <br /> needs until the permanent addition is constructed, hopefully within two years. <br /> Mr. Bergly indicated being this unit is temporary, staff determined that a Site Plan review rather than I <br /> an amendment to the Planned Unit Development would be appropriate. <br /> Mr. Bergly recommended that the Temporary Permit be issued with the stated conditions.
