The truck trailers used as a temporary solution for on-site storage be replaced by <br /> permanent construction in the next phase of permanent additions to the Chm eh <br /> I facility. That the permit for the truck trailers be issued for 2 years (May 31, 199"1) <br /> with a one year extension to be granted if adequate progress is shown fOl the <br /> .- permanent construction that would replace the truck trailers. Planning Commission <br /> review and Council approval will be required for the one year extension. <br /> Nelson did not feel comfortable with the amendment. <br /> I Rye moved, Carlson seconded the amendment restating condition number three Motion <br /> I carried (5-1), Nelson voted nay. <br /> COUNCIL REPORT. <br /> I Councilmember Hicks reviewed the actions of the City Council regarding the planning cases before <br /> them on April 24th. <br /> I The Council expressed appreciation ofland donation by Mr. C.E.
