Present: Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Paul Malone, <br /> Susan Keirn and Dale Hicks; City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; City Accountant, <br /> Terry Post; ParklRecreation Supervisor, Cindy Walsh; Consulting Engineers, Greg <br /> I Stonehouse and Terry Mauer; Administrative Assistant, Shirley Evenson. <br /> Adopt Agenda <br /> I Motion: Councilmember Aplikowski moved and seconded by Councilmember Hicks <br /> to adopt the May 18, 1995 Worksession agenda as submitted. Motion <br /> I carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> I- Agenda Item #3a. <br /> a. St. Marv's Trade Area Spending <br /> Terry Post indicated that St. Mary's is on target with their contributions to <br /> I charitable organizations. Councilmember Malone thanked St. Mary's for <br /> their contribution to NYFS. There will be a Resolution placed on the May <br /> 30, 1995, Council Agenda regarding this matter. <br /> I b. Everest Group <br /> Three individuals from Everest Group, plus a representative for Horn Oak <br /> I & Leather presented their views on the circumstances involving the <br /> location of Home Oak & Leather on the property being developed by <br /> Everest. <br /> I With a number of factors continuing to be unresolved the Council directed <br /> the City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger, to have additional timing <br /> I information available for the May 30,1995, Council Meeting. <br /> c. AAE Preliminarv Financial Report <br /> I The Mayor and Council agreed that the AAE Preliminary Financial Report <br /> be finalized and indicated they did not have any significant questions <br /> I regarding same. This will be placed on the May 30,1995, Council <br /> Meeting. <br /> I- <br /> I <br />
