Task 2B-9: Marketing Strategies I Strategies for marketing the available TCAAP development sites will be developed. These strategies will be designed to maximize economic return and achieve other previously identified community objectives, I Task 2B-lO: Metropolitan Council Approval Ie The preferred DAP will be presented to the Metropolitan Council for its preliminary approval. Any adjustments recommended by the Council will be incorporated into the detailed TCAAP Master Plan, I Task 2B-1l: Detailed Master Reuse Plan A detailed Master Plan will be prepared that reflects the land use and community planning decisions resulting from the plarining process. The Master Plan will include identification of I development code revisions that may be needed to facilitate implementation of the Plan. The TCAAP Master Plan will also include phasing plans to ensure that each land use component is I developed in a timely manner with appropriate fmancing mechanisms. Task 2B-l2: Task Force Approval I This task involves final Task Force approval of the TCAAP Master Plan and consideration of development code amendments and other policy tools that may be required to achieve the community's reuse objectives. The adopted Master Plan will be forwarded to the City Council I for final adoption. Task 2B-l3: Recommended Development Code Amendments I A final step in this phase of the work program involves the development of specific development code amendments that will allow the TCAAP Master Plan to be implemented.
