The normal workweek for regular City employees shall be five (5) days, Monday <br /> . through Friday, The normal workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours. <br /> I <br /> I B. Employees shall be granted a rest break not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes away from <br /> job duties on two (2) separate occasions during each work shift and one-half (If,) hour <br /> I unpaid lunch break. <br /> . <br /> Subd. 6 Hourly and Daily Rates. The appointing authority may authorize the payment of <br /> I hourly rates of pay for classes of positions when conditions of employment warrant such ac- <br /> I tion. Such hourly rate shall be determined by dividing the annual salary by the actual number <br /> I- of work hours in the calendar year. <br /> I 240.13 Conflict of Interest. It is expected that every employee shall exercise good judgment in <br /> I avoiding involvement with conflicting outside business interests or the business interests of <br /> coworkers or subordinates such that these interests conflict with the conduct of City business. <br /> I These include but are not limited to the following: <br /> . <br /> A.
