. , DR4.p,. .. MINUTES CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA . PLANNING COMMISSION WEDNESDAY JULY 5,1995 . 7:30 P.M. - NEW BRIGHTON CITY HALL . CALL TO ORDER Chair Erickson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. . ROLL CALL .- . Present were: Chair Steve Erickson, Dave Orrison, Gregg Larson, Brent Nelson, and Dave Sand, I Absent:' Commissioner Barbara Piotrowski. . Also present were Councilmembers Dale Hicks and Beverly Aplikowski; City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; Community Development Director, Kevin Ringwald; and Ruth McLaurin, Recording Secretary. .- APPROVE MINUTES . Sand moved, seconded by Larson, to approve the May 3, 1995 minutes. All voted in favor (6-0). . CASE #95-05, PUBLIC HEARING, POO MASTER PLAN AND FINAL SITE PLAN. AT NW CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD E2 AND OLD IDGHWAY 10, APPLICANT DAN OGREN. . Chair Erickson announced his recommendation that the Plarming Commission should table this Public Hearing for two reasons: I) Because the Engineers report states outstanding issues and the applicant has not been able to address the concerns in time for the Public Hearing; also 2) The Environmental . Assessment Worksheet is in process, the publication of the EA W will be in the July 31 st, EOB Monitor, and the public comment period will end on August 30, 1995. . Chair Erickson indicated with those critical issues outstanding, the Planning Commission may find it prudent to wait for public comments, and receive additional information before holding the Public Hearing. . Community Development Director, Kevin Ringwald, introduced himself to the audience. He . indicated that the City Council is being requested to authorize the publication of the EAW on July 10, 1995. He also indicated the public would be able to receive a copy of the report from either himself or City Administrator F ritsinger. .. .
