He questioned the direction of the overflow from the holding pond. He expressed concern <br /> the overflow would drain into his pond, flooding his property. <br /> . Rye indicated from his recollection, the flow was north to Karth Lake. <br /> Mr. Ringwald indicated he has been trying to research this question, but Ramsey County's description <br /> . has been inconclusive as to the eventual drainage of the storm sewer from Lexington Avenue and the <br /> City's records do not show the direction of the flow <br /> .
