Community Development Director Ringwald briefly reviewed the request for a five lot Preliminary <br /> Plat containing 4.63 acres and located in an R-2 District. <br /> I Mr. Ringwald indicated the applicant is now proposing to reduce the number oflots to five but is still <br /> requesting a 50 foot radius cul-de-sac and an easement around the cul-de-sac to compensate for the <br /> I smaller diameter cul-de-sac in providing space for utilities.
