<br />Members absent: Scott Adams, Jim Holte, John Hustad, Nancy Nagler,
<br />I Diane Wuori, Robert DeRoy, Darrell Edwards, Col. Gary LeBlanc,
<br />James Olson, Dave Reimer, and David Wentworth.

<br />I The meeting was called to order by Dick Wedell.
<br />
<br />The minutes were moved. The fourth page, first paragraph, fifth
<br />sentence was amended to read, "Some meetings were targeted to a
<br />I certain population such as seniors, business people and those with
<br />low-incomes." The minutes were approved as amended.
<br />
<br />I DISCUSSION OF PACKETS:
<br />Molly Grove went through the packets that were distributed to the
<br />committee members. She thanked the city of Arden Hills, Land 0'
<br />I. Lakes, and H.B. Fuller for their generous assistance in copying the
<br />packets. She informed the audience that the packets contained all
<br />the material that has been distributed to the committee members
<br />over the course of their meetings. The packets are available to the
<br />. public at the City Halls of Mounds View, Arden Hills, Shoreview,
<br />and New Brighton, as well as at the Ramsey County libraries in the
<br />vicinity.
<br />
<br />I Molly Grove told the committee that Congressman Vento, Dennis
<br />Probst, Dick Wedell, and Mike Fix met with the press on Friday,
<br />I July 14 to discuss the details surrounding the TCAAP conversion.
<br />She described the press briefing as educational to ensure that the
<br />press is well-informed on the committee's work and the process of
<br />excessing the property.

<br />I The agenda was moved. The ACCP presentation was moved before the
<br />Arden Hills Task Force presentation and the OPUS corporation
<br />I presentation was struck. The agenda was approved as amended.

<br />OLD BUSINESS:
<br />ALLIANT TECHSYSTEMS:
<br />I Alliant Techsystems presented their latest information about the
<br />Quantity Distance Arcs. Wayne Gilbert distributed a map showing the
<br />most recent arcs, and he informed the committee that a newer
<br />I version will be available soon.
