County Road F Appeals <br /> City Attorney Filla and I met with the residents who have appealed <br />. the assessments on County Road F. The meeting was attended by five of <br /> the six residents who have appealed. Mr. Filla was able to obtain some <br /> information from the residents which will help him in his efforts. He may <br />. be present at the September 25, 1995, Meeting to review his findings with <br /> the Council. <br />. 1. Se1;)tember 6. 1995. Letter From Greg Stonehouse <br /> The City Engineer has reviewed the infrastructure improvements <br /> associated with the McClung 4th Addition and recommended the project <br />. be accepted by the City. I have had Mr. Stafford also inspect the work <br /> completed. His recommendation was the same. There is no formal action <br />.- required of this acceptance as detailed in Section 3.8 of the Development <br /> Agreement. The City has received a one year warranty from the <br /> developer. <br />. J. Arden Manor Resident/Sheriff <br /> On this past Saturday evening, the Ramsey County Sheriff was called to <br />. respond to a resident who threatened several neighbors. When I talked to _ <br /> Ramsey County on Sunday they informed me that the resident threatened <br /> officers before holding himself in his residence. The County used a <br />. number of methods to peacefully apprehend the individual and after a <br /> standoff which lasted several hours the resident was detained with no <br /> injuries to anyone. <br />. k. Se1;)tember 18. 1995 Letter to Piper Jaffray <br /> In response to the disappointment with the formula used with the Piper <br />. Jafftay settlement, the City will be severing its relationship with this firm. <br /> Future investments will be made with our other investment agencies <br /> including Dain Bosworth. <br />. <br />. <br />.- <br />. <br /> ---- <br />
