SUBJECT: Lindey's Trian!1;le Abstract of Title <br />I City Attorney, Jerry Filla, has completed the preparation of the Abstract of Title for the parcel of <br />I property presently called Lindey's Triangle. The City of Arden Hills condemned the right to use <br /> this parcel as a public park At Councilmember Hicks request, Attorney Filla has reviewed this <br /> parcel and determined that the actual fee title to this area was in the name of John 1. Kenna Jf. <br />I Thus, the City of Arden Hills can use it for a public purpose, but they do not have the right to <br /> convey it for development purposes.
