Perry Park Reconstruction Project <br /> ~- City Engineer Stonehouse indicated based upon the work completed to date, the total amount of <br /> I Pay Estimate Number Three is $70,702.06. Of this amount, $4,234.06 is release of excess <br /> retainage previously withheld from the prior pay estimate. This pay estimate primarily includes <br /> .- fencing, excavation, and the installation of lighting, among other miscellaneous construction <br /> items. <br /> - Mr. Stonehouse noted remaining work includes final paving, miscellaneous corrective grading, <br /> and turf establishment. The remaining retainage in the amount of slightly over $ I 5,000 is a <br /> ~ sufficient amount to maintain positive influence over the contractor in 1996. If this pay estimate <br /> I meets with the Council's approval, it would be appropriate to make payment to Veit, Inc. in the <br /> amount of $70,702.06. <br /> I MOTION: Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve Pay Estimate #3, <br /> Perry Park Reconstruction Project.
