He wanted to present this . <br /> information to keep Council updated. -. <br /> TCAAP Dndate <br /> City Administrator Fritsinger reviewed the announcement from the Army that there will not be a - <br /> major excessing of property at TCAAP. r <br /> Mr. Fritsinger indicated the Vento Re-Utilization Committee will meet once more on Saturday I <br /> December 16th. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger noted he did not feel the Army's announcement will be a negative to Arden Hills . <br /> efforts. There will still be some excess property, most likely available in smaller parcels. He <br /> noted the work of the Arden Hills Task Force will be very useful as the property becomes - <br /> r <br /> available, because there will be a plan available. The fact that the City is also required to update <br /> its Comprehensive Plan by 1998 will also be benefitted by the revised plan.
