Makeup of participants <br /> 2. Number of businesses contacted by letter <br /> 3. Member of businesses to be personally visited <br /> • 4. Type of questions to ask business <br /> 5. Relationship to other governmental agencies <br /> I would suggest that the Committee begin refining this program and once the marketing <br /> information is completed, be prepared to implement its retention program. <br /> • <br />
