Construction equipment staging and traffic shall not significantly impact Pine Tree Drive <br />or any Public roadway. <br />GRADING AND EROSION CONTROL <br />1. City inspector may request additional or modifications to BMPs as needed during <br />construction. <br />UTILITIES <br />1. Utilities to be installed using the City of Arden Hills Design Standards. <br />2. City tracer wire specifications will be required for water/sewer services. <br />3. A detailed work plan will be required prior to the City authorizing connection to the 16" <br />diameter water main within Pine Tree Drive due to the critical function of this water main. <br />4. Proposed extensions of water main and sanitary sewer constructed shall be private utility <br />services. Public utility easements will not be required over private water and sanitary sewer <br />utilities within the site. <br />5. Install plug on newly constructed sanitary at the connection point to the existing sanitary <br />structure. Plug may be removed once the sewer has been tested, approved by the <br />inspector, and cleaned of debris. <br />6. Callout emergency overflow for ponds and wetlands. <br />7. Adjust catch basin impacted by the southern driveway access at the southern tie-in. <br />HARD SURFACE <br />1. Repair all street pavement, striping and curb damaged during construction. <br />2. All City pavement sections disturbed must be replaced to existing conditions with like materials <br />and approved mix designs by the City Engineer. <br />The applicant should respond in writing as to how the above comments will be addressed. <br />
