The sign plans are shown on Page A5.1 in <br />Attachment G. <br /> <br />Existing Pole Sign Proposed Freestanding Sign <br /> <br />M. Wall Signs – Flexibility Requested <br />Properties in Sign District 7 are allowed wall signs up to 45 square feet and signs may be externally <br />and internally illuminated. The Applicant is proposing one (1) internally illuminated 41 square <br />foot wall sign to be located on the east elevation above the main entry. The sign plans also show a <br />graphic sign located on the south elevation above the main entry. The city code defines a graphic <br />sign as “a sculpture attached to or sign painted directly on a wall that is primarily symbolic or <br />representational in nature and not alpha or numeric in content or copy.” The sign ordinance does <br />not permit graphic signs in Sign District 7. The Applicant is seeking flexibility to install the graphic <br />wall sign. <br /> <br /> <br />3.
