Motion passed. <br /> Motion by Kennedy, seconded by DeLange that rules be suspended and that <br /> Ordinance '49 re: sewer be given second and final reading and approval. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> Motion by stromquist, seconded by DeLange that rules be suspended and <br /> that Ordinance #50 re: plumbing and well drilling permit fees be given <br /> second and final reading and approval, providing Village plumbing In- <br /> spector approves of $100.00 fee in Section 2--4-10. Motion passed. <br /> PUBLIC WORKS: DeLange recommended and Council approved release of road <br /> performance bond for SH #5. <br /> DeLange recommended and Council agreed that road performance bond for <br /> Johanna Narrows plat not be released yet, Motion made by Crepeau, <br /> seconded by Kennedy that DeLange determine cost 9~ complete roed in <br /> Johanna Narrows to meet village specifications, and if required check <br /> is submitted to Clerk by developer then Clerk is authorized to release <br /> bond. Motion passed. <br />~PUBLIC WELFARE: Trustee Kennedy reported that developer Krannak has now <br /> met_all Village requirements for Shorewood Hills #7 and that plat has <br /> been given formal approval with the provisions oLthe road construction <br /> agreement between Arden Hills and developer, and no building permits are <br /> to be issued in the plat at this time. <br />. Motion by Kennedy, seconded by Crepeau, that the application of John <br /> Nesky to rezone additional land at Highway 10 from residential to Com- <br /> mercial be denied. Motion passed. <br />
