This was based upon comments by tlw people at the hearing last May, comments that were gained later as well as suggestions from the Village Council. One of these changes was to construct the sewer following further along the lake just west of Siems Court so that there l/ere three homes there which originally had been proposed to have only first floor drainage which now receive base- ment drainage. Another change to take it off from Ridgewood Court an'd move it instead to Siems Court from Johanna Boulevard southerly almost to Irden Place. The reason for that was the manner in which the houses gained service to the sewer made it appear that that ',.ould be the most practical location. Ansother change ",as a change of location off SHIes P,venue to the rear of the houses there for a portion of the area since it appears that the same service may be provided with a slightly different sewer and accomplish a little better service to the property. Another and the last change was made along the east shore of Lake Johanna where there were three homes located here, two of which were not going to receive service with the orig ina 11 y planned service a long Sne 11 in'] j,venue and furt her studies and investigation indicates that it is possible that this property can receive service rather than as originally proposed in I:ay of 1959. In this area west of Snelling Avenue there are two lift stations located, one in the low marshy ground in this horseshoe shaped area which lies east of Pidgewood Road and north of "rden Place. The second one would lie on the south side of Jchanna 31vd. and west of Siems Court and the sewers in this area would flow to that lift station with discharge to the east and south. . .
