<br /> , <br /> / <br />)l/ Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br /> of Village Council <br /> Village of Arden Hills <br /> RamSey Copnty, Minnesota <br /> OCtober 2, 1967 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br />. was held at the VillagE Hall in said Village on Monday, OCtober 2, <br /> 1967, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> The follow:Lng members were present: Mayor Nethercut and <br /> COWlocilmen crepeau, Hollenhorst and Olmen, <br /> and the followiD9 was absent: Bjorndahl. <br /> The Village Administrative Clerk presented an affidavit <br /> ebowing publication of notice of heariD9 on proposed water lmprove- <br /> ment No. 67-2 in accordance with the resolution adopted 5eptember~ 130 <br /> 1967, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory <br /> and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. The Village ~tra- <br /> tive Clerk also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hear- <br /> iD9 to affected property owners, which certificate was examined <br /> and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the <br /> Clerk. <br /> The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description <br /> of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br /> ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br /> the pUblished notice of hearing_ After reading of the notice, <br /> all persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and <br />. the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by <br /> the Council, and the substance of the views presented by them <br /> were as follows: <br /> DAVID CAHlANDER, li64 Edgewater: ASked how much the connectioll <br /> charge would be. Also asked if it was anticipated that there would <br /> be any restrictions on lawn watering after the water is connected. <br />
