These costs should be <br />Included In the estimated cost of the improvement. <br /> <br />Engr. Liebenow recommended obtaining the easements before the letting <br />of the contract. <br /> <br />- <br />- <br /> <br />Clerk Lorraine Stromquist suggested that a list of the easements to <br />be obtained should be channeled through the administrative office. <br /> <br />Attorney Courtney Informed the council that a letter, dated August 23, <br />1968, from Banister EngineerIng Co. to Attorney Salland had been <br />received and also a map showing the nec9ssaryeasements to be obtained, <br /> <br />Discussion followed regarding easement procedure. <br /> <br />~!!.t~L_!.~~!:.~~~~~!!.L~~:.L~_~~!!.~.L!!.Ls~~~~~~t <br />Attorney Courtney reported that Marcus Schmidt, 1830 County Road E, <br />Is asking $1,400 for an easement through hIs property; the preliminary <br />appraisal figure Is $615.00, <br /> <br />Banister Engineering Co. to check the cost of routIng construction <br />without encroachIng on the Schmidt property. <br /> <br />Case No. 68-22 School District 621 <br />-------------~-------------------- <br />Mr. Elmer Swanson, representing School District 621, was present and <br />Informed the council that the sales contract for the property on <br />County Road E2 was formalized this evening. The school board proposes <br />to construct a 26 room elementary school on this site; a model of the <br />structure was displayed.
