Variance Request <br />Councilman Hollenhorst moved approval, as recommended by the Plan- <br />ning Conmisslon, of the variance request from Miss Jarl Wicker, <br />3248 Sandeen Road, to construct an addition to the present dwelling, <br />as snown of the plans presented to the Planning CommissIon on April 2, <br />1968; seconded by Councilman Crepeau; motion carried. <br /> <br />Case No. 58-7. Bethel ColleQe <br />Councilman Hollenhorst moved approval, as recommended by the Planning <br />Commission, that building permits be Issued to allow Bethel College <br />to construct two buildings for married student housing, subject to <br />approval of building plans by Inspector Kelley; subject to approval <br />of landscape plan by C. Dale, Midwest Planning and Research, Inc.; <br />and subject to a letter from Bethel College assuring completion of <br />approved landscape plans for ail five buildings wIthin the 12 month <br />period following completion of thes. two buIldings; seconded by <br />Councilman Crepeau; motion carried. <br /> <br />Case No. 68-9, Special Use Permit <br />Councilman Hollenhorst Informed the Council that plans for a multiple <br />dwelling proposed for the County Road E and Snelling Avenue area, <br />and submitted by Mr. W. F. Stepnltz, were not adequate. The Plan- <br />ning Commission offered suggestions to Mr. Stepnltz for procedure. <br /> <br />Case No. 67-14, Skelly 011 Station <br />Councilman Hollenhorst informed the Council of the Planning Commis- <br />sion's recommendation of approval of the construction of this station <br />at Lexington and Red Fox Road, subject to five conditions. There <br />was much discussion between the Council. Roger Reiling, 3151 Johanna <br />Blvd., and George Reiling, owner ot property formerly the site of <br />the Circle S.
