Lighting – Meets Requirement <br />The Zoning Code requires that direction of lighting to be arranged away from adjoining lots and <br />public streets, that lighting sources be concealed or hooded, and intensity of lighting any light or <br />combination of lights shall not cast light that exceeds a meter reading of one foot candle on the <br />travel lanes of adjoining public streets or 0.4 foot candles on adjoining residential property. For <br />non-residential uses visible from residentially zoned property, the Code limits lighting to a <br />maximum of 25% percent of the facade visible from such residential property to be illuminated <br />by direct lighting from spotlights or flood lights. <br /> <br />Exterior Lighting Examples <br />
