Mr. Dick Schutz, has requested Midwest Planning <br />and Research, Inc. to prepare a park development plan for the Charles <br />Perry Park site. at no expense to the Village. <br /> <br />Ingerson Park. - Councilman Ronald Herrick reported that plans are <br />currently being prepared for the development of Ingerson Park. In <br />which tennis courts are proposed and, hopefully will be constructed <br />this summer. He said the park plans wll! soon be available for <br />Councl I consideration. <br /> <br />County Ice Arena <br />Councilman Ronald Herrick reported that various sites are currently <br />under consideration In north Ramsey County for the ~ocatlon of the <br />proposed Ice arena. He read a letter to Mayor Crepeau from Shorevlew <br />Clerk Administrator John Schleppegrell, requesting the support of <br />the Village of Arden Hills In requesting that the north area arena <br />be located In Shoreview on Highway 96, as proposed. <br /> <br />Ramsey County Commissioner, Edward Salverda, was present and requested <br />that Arden Hills attend the meeting of the County Board on July 20, <br />!970, advising that alte~nate sites presently under consideration <br />are In Vadnais Heights and in White Bear. <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator Lorraine Stromquist was requested to advise Mr. <br />Schleppegrell that Arden Hills wil' support Shorevlew in Its efforts <br />to locate the arena In Shoreview. She also asked to write to <br />Senator Robert Ashbach, Representative Dick Andersen and Representative <br />Robert Bell of Rosevli~e, requesting their assistance in effecting <br />the Shorevlew location. . <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNC!LMAN E. GRAY HENDERSON - Finance and Municipal Lands <br />and Buildings <br /> <br />Audit Report Discussion <br />Councilman E. Gray Henderson requested deferment of the 1969 Audit <br />Report. of Village accounts, discussion until July 27, 1970. Mr. <br />Henderson left .~he meeting at th Is time. <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN STANLEY OLMEN - Public Works <br />(Absent) No Report. <br /> <br />REPORT OF MAYOR HENRY J. CREPEAU, JR. - General Government and Public <br />Safety <br /> <br />Police Commission Proposal <br />Mayor Henry Crepeau requested that consideration of the report of the <br />Police Commission meeting be deferred. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department Contract <br />Mayor Henry Crepeau advised the Mr. John Rysgaard and Mr. William <br />Ruppel will meet with representatives of the Village of Shorevlew re <br />the lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department Contract.
