After discussion , Crichton moved , <br />seconded by Feyereisen , that Council approve the Final Plat of <br />Hunters Park Fourth Addition and the Open Space Easements and <br />Covenants ; authorizing the Mayor and Clerk Administrator to <br />execute same after City Attorney has assured the City that <br />Dreyfus has marketable title , and that real estate taxes due and <br />payable in 1975 on Outlots I and H have been paid , and the City <br />has received a warranty deed conveying Outlots I and H thereto, <br />which has been approved by the City Attorney .
