4- <br />letter of June 6 , 1975 re approval of Amended Final Plat of <br />Hunter ' s Park Fourth Addition ; and Park Dedication Conveyances . <br />Lynden recommended Council approval of the Amended Final Plat, <br />as submitted, on the basis of the provisions noted in his let- <br />ter . <br />Wingert moved , seconded by Crichton , that Council <br />approve the Amended Final Plat of Hunter 's Park Fourth Addition ; <br />authorizing its execution by the Mayor and Clerk Administrator . <br />Motion carried unanimously . <br />June <br />Hunters Park Pathway - In discussion of request by <br />Dreyfus Interstate to delay construction of the 5 foot bituminous <br />path along the west side of Hunters Park , pending possible <br />development of the acreage to the west of the Hunters Park site , <br />Crichton reported that the Parks Committee has discussed this <br />matter and recommends that Council approve the request subject <br />to: <br />I . Dreyfus putting cost of project in escrow for construc- <br />tion at later date . <br />2 . Council review of status of proposed development of <br />lend to the west in 6 months . <br />He reported that Parks and Orecreation Committee con - <br />sidered the possibility of a 20 ' easement( instead of 10 ' wide ) <br />which would permit a more interesting meandering pathway . <br />After discussion , Crichton moved , seconded by Wingert, <br />that Council concur with the Parks and Recreation Committee <br />recommendation . Motion carried unanimously .
