After 1 <br />review of Lynden ' s letter of 7/ 10/75 , Wingert moved , seconded by 1 <br />Woodburn , that Council moved approval of Revised Open Space <br />Easements and Covenants , authorizing execution by Mayor and Clerk . <br />Motion carried unanimously . <br />Lynden reviewed his letter of 7/ 14/75 concerning VA <br />forms which Dreyfus requests Mayor and Attorney to execute, <br />suggesting forms be amended as follows : "This Municipality will <br />cause the improvements to be completed . " <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Feyereisen , that Mayor <br />and Attorney sign appropriate forms as amended . Motion carried <br />unanimously .
