2- <br />veloping this park area . <br />A motion by Ruth Cadwell was made and carried to au- <br />thorize this pilot group to proceed with their survey plans . <br />June <br />They requested Mr. Jacobson , Park Planning Consultant, <br />to develop a new concept plan for Ingerson Park involving a <br />farm theme. <br />July <br />Mr. Jacobson ' s price estimates for Ingerson Park <br />development maps were presented by Mayor Bjorndahl . Total maps <br />cost $580 . 00 with the concept map costing $45 . 00 . It was agreed <br />by a voice vote to request Mr. Jacobson to provide this committee <br />with a concept map for Ingerson Park. After a study of the con- <br />Al/ cept map the Committee will ' decide if other maps are to be used . <br />It was also decided to request an estimate price for a topo- <br />graphic survey for the site development at Perry Park . <br />September <br />Parks and Recreation Committee members received Mr . <br />Jacobson ' s Ingerson Park concept map . <br />1970 <br />February <br />Mr. Bjorndahl presented the Josephine Hills Garden Club <br />questionnaire to be sent to area residents concerning Ingerson <br />Park development . The Parks and Recreation Committee gave enthu- <br />siastic support to this project by the Garden Club . <br />March <br />MPC to recommend that the Village destroy the old house <br />on the Ingerson Park property .
