Beggin moved , seconded by J . McTavish , that the <br />priority for park acquisition should be as follows : <br />I . Moss Property - Ingerson Park west access . <br />2 . C. Emil Berglund property , Lots II and 12 - Ingerson <br />Park. <br />Negotiate the purchase or acquisition of an easement <br />from Ray Moss for 1 /2 lot to be used as Ingerson Park access from <br />Fernwood Drive . <br />1974 <br />Parks and Recreation Committee Minutes : February <br />The Committee recommended ordering Main Structure #2 <br />for Ingerson Park. <br />Regarding the Berglund property , P. Lindquist advised <br />that the Lake Josephine Improvement Association is in favor of <br />keeping the marsh area as necessary to maintain the fish in the <br />lake . <br />Regarding the Moss property , Mr . Buckley anticipates <br />no big problems with this land . The neighbors have expressed <br />concern about mini -bikes and snowmobiles in the area as it is now . <br />March <br />The second appraisal of the Moss property by Bettendorf <br />Real Estate Appraisal has been received . Council has given <br />Buckley permission to negotiate possible sale price and report <br />back to them. <br />March 6 , 1974 - Council received appraisal by Bettendorf
