12- <br />Larry Brodie volunteered to investigate less expensive <br />sprinkling systems . <br />Banister Engineering is to be notified that trees should <br />not be cut down to install sewer system. Toilet facilities can <br />be moved . <br />It was moved and carried that G . Beggin , L . Brodie and <br />H. McIntosh be authorized to approve plan from Banister Engineer- <br />ing to be presented to the Planning Commission so that the <br />Commission can get them as soon as possible. Bids cannot be let <br />out or work proceed beyond filling and grading until commission <br />approval is received . <br />April <br />Chairman Beggin had copies of the Engineer ' s drawing <br />of Perry Park. He reported on the action of the Planning Com- <br />mission and Village Council to switch priority to the immediate <br />development of the multi -purpose field and wait with the large <br />field and blacktopping of the roadway until compaction of the <br />filled area is determined . <br />As soon as Dick Schutz has the grading completed , the <br />area should be ready for purchase of services and materials to <br />complete that area . <br />May <br />Chairman Beggin reported that bids for the materials <br />in PerryPark are to go out on May 24; Schutz Construction is to <br />have the lower field at Perry Park filled within two weeks . The <br />Rose Hill trees are to be planted in Valentine Park this week. <br />L
