I3- <br />iiJuly <br />Asked Council for one or two sets of hockey rinks for <br />for Perry Park. <br />Charles Perry Park - 200 feet long , 85 feet wide , and <br />44 inches high ; corners must be rounded in arc of a circle with <br />a radius of 28 feet . <br />Chairman Beggin reported on the progress of Banister <br />Engineering in preparing specifications for Charles Perry Park . <br />It is hoped that after the long delay , they will be ready for <br />Council action on July 26th . <br />August <br />The president reported on the opening of the bids for <br />Charles Perry Park at the August 30 , 1971 Council meeting . <br />The hockey boards bid for the Freeway Rink and Charles <br />Perry Park was referred back to the Parks and Recreation Com- <br />mittee. <br />Herb McIntosh moved that we recommend the Council ac- <br />cept the J . Belair bid for development of Charles Perry Park. <br />1 <br />Motion seconded by R. Cadwell , carried . <br />R. Lindbom moved that there be a change over on the <br />specifications on the above project for goalposts to be in ac- <br />cordance with the Minnesota State High School League for combina- <br />tion soccer and football posts . Motion seconded by R. Anderson , <br />carried . <br />September <br />The Council has accepted the J . Belair bid for the <br />development of Charles Perry Park. <br />1
